Divine Wisdom: The passage, “And walk not on the earth with conceit and arrogance. Verily, you can neither cut through the earth, nor can you attain a stature like the mountains in height.”QN17:37, remind those who tend to be arrogant because of their worldly possessions of the predictable progression from poverty to pride, is which is simple that the poor and humble pray and work, God hears and blesses them, then the humble becomes rich and forgets God and loses either his wealth or life.
In other words, prosperity comes with a clear warning “The life of this world is only the enjoyment of deception” QN3:185.
So Beloved, let the knowledge that:
1) The fact that almost half the world, more than three billion people, live on less than US5 Dollars per day, makes you rich by comparison; and
2) Everything we own is from God and He is the source of everything we’ll ever need in future;
Teach you to give to the needy, give a beautiful smile to your people, live with a grateful heart, and in total dependence on Allah! Allah Akbar!
Pray with me: O Allah! I am nothing without You. I come to You today with gratitude and a heart of praises as I re-dedicate my life in totality to You, to engineer me in fulfilling Your purpose for me in abundance of Your Grace and power. Amin thunmo Amin!
