In other words, quarter-second is the time when our God-given Spirit can take control and save us from ourselves.

1) God designed us in such a way that in times of intense difficulty, we have built-in moments to turn to Him for help;
2) When we blow it, and we sometimes will, He sends another quarter-second right behind the first one; and
3) He is committed to us and will keep working with us until we get it right;
Teach you that, the way to deal with difficult moments and difficult people, rather than immediate response, is to first take a deep breath, take a sit, think hard and listen to that silent voice of reassurance saying “I will help you with a thousand of angels each behind the other following one another in succession.” QN8:9
