Divine Wisdom: The passage,
Those “Who, when a misfortune befalls them, say: Surely we are Allah’s and to Him we shall surely return.
Those are they on whom are blessings and mercy from their Lord..” Surah Baqara – Q2:156-157, reminds those of us who, grew up with the notion that it’s wrong to enjoy ourselves when we have problems that, God does what is right and smooths out the path ahead of those who are righteous.
In other words, when things go wrong, we should follow His leading, stand on His Word, rest in Him and trust Him to work on our behalf.
So let the knowledge that:
1) The question isn’t ‘Will trouble come?’, it’s ‘How will we handle it?’;
2) By trusting God completely, we’re no longer at the mercy of circumstances, or other people, or our own emotions and limitations; and
3) When Shaitan can no longer get us upset, we’ve taken a powerful weapon out of his hands;
Teach you this new week, to always do your best and trust God with the rest!
Pray with me: O Allah! Grant me peace of mind as my heart desires to seek You. Be my strength even when I am weak and cause Your face to continue to shine upon me as I step up and remain steadfast in Your love. Amin.
