Divine Wisdom: The passage, “… and whoever believes in Allah, He guides aright his heart; and Allah is cognizant of all things” QN64:11; reminds those who, out of fear of making mistakes, tend to always play it safe and in the end, get nothing done, that God wants us to develop good judgement, which is only possible when we make choices, take risks and accept occasional failure.
In other words, God wants us to be matured and not act like robots.
So let the knowledge that:
1) Decision-making can be scary and lonely, and even small decisions can create anxiety;
2) Divine guidance is neither a hotline of last resort for critical decisions nor a preserve of a privileged few; and
3) God’s purpose for us is to become the right kind of people who will help fulfill His purposes for us here on earth;
Teach you this new week to stop giving excuses and always stay well clear of ‘Option do nothing’!
