IF IT WERE NOT FOR HOPE, THE HEART WOULD BREAK!

Divine Wisdom: The passage,
“And whoever fears Allah, He ever prepares a way out. And He provides for him from sources he never could imagine. And whoever put his trust in Allah, He will suffice him…” QN65:2-3, reminds those who, because of the disappointing outcome of a process in which they had earlier placed much hope, may have had a traumatic night-time experience that, our drive to survive comes from a well that is already within us and the Lord Almighty, who brought us through every difficulty in the past, has no intention of giving up on us just yet – QN94:5-6.

In other words, times may change and relationships may change, but our God, who is forever constant, is the same now and forever.

So let the knowledge that:
1) Joy, which is at the end of every dark night and every broken promise, always comes;
2) Yesterday ended last night, today is a brand new day and a fresh opportunity for new beginnings; and
3) As the saying goes ‘If it were not for hope, the heart would break’;
Teach you, that no matter what the past months brought your way, no matter what you may be going through right now, to still find it within yourself to thank God for seeing you through to this new and last month of the year, and then with faith pray for the best this last few days of the year and the next.

Pray with me: O Allah! I Thank You wholeheartedly for Your grace and favours upon me and my household. As this year closes to an end, please do not make me a laughing stock. Establish my feet firmly in Your religion and help me to get out of every situation victorious, greater in strength and stronger in faith.

Good morning and have a prosperous Month!
