Divine Wisdom: The passage, “Allah confirms those who believe with the sure word in this world’s life and in the hereafter…”QN14:27 reminds those who, out of fear that others will disapprove, have difficulty when it comes to thinking, saying, or enjoying certain things that, what really upsets some people is that, because they can’t give themselves permission to enjoy their freedom in relationship with Allah, we can do things that they can’t.
In other words, being taught differently is the reasoning of conscience raised in the school of tradition.
So let the knowledge that:
1) While not condoning sin or unethical practices if we don’t move when the light is green, we will spend our entire lives waiting for ‘the right moment’
2) Or waiting for ‘a time when most people will understand’ before moving forward; and
3)We will end our lives looking back with regret;
Teach you this last Friday in the month of November, to train yourself to worry less about what people think and more about what God thinks!
Pray with me: O Allah! I beseech You to come to my aid and make my heart firm in Your words and Your trust, guide and direct me to make the right moves at the right time and at Your time appointed, to achieve more greatness by Your Grace, Amin!
