Divine Wisdom: The passage,
“It is not granted to any mortal that God should speak to him except through revelation or from behind a veil, or by sending a messenger to reveal by His command what He Will” Surah Ash-Shura – QN42:51, reminds us that, when young parents are exhausted with potty training, poor grades and teenage tantrums and we try consoling them by saying it is only a temporary season in life, we are merely teaching them to think, learn, listen and look forward which gives them a bigger perspective and like enlarging a picture, expands not only what they see, but also they believe and are able to do.
In other words, there is a much bigger world outside and to see it, we must position ourselves where we get to see through the eyes of others.
So let the knowledge that:
1) God gives us visions for our lives that enable us to see end goals, get excited and progressively work to achieve them;
2) Such visions, rather than being limited to religious leaders, politicians and business tycoons alone, are for everyone;
3) No matter how brilliant we are, it is difficult to see them through, if we fail to ponder on the words of God, network, read more and learn new skills;
Teach you, this new week, going forward, to commit to listening to words of wisdom and ponder in thinking outside the box!
Pray with me. O Allah! I ask that You do not leave me to myself even within the twinkle of an eye. Guide and support me with people of wisdom who will help channel my ways through fulfilling Your plans for my life and match on to greater achievements, for You are the Most Exalted, The wise. Amin
Good morning and have a fulfilling week!
