Ramadan 15, 1440AH: GIVING, EXPIATE ALL YOUR SINS – CHARITY

“If you make public your almsgiving, it is well, but if you hide it and give it to the poor, it will be better for you, and will atone for some of your ill-deeds…”

QN2:271

That is the focal point of ‘candles to light your path’ this Ramadan…. ‘it will atone for you some of your ill-deeds’ exactly as “…. the good deeds remove the evil deeds” QN11:114

In other words, Charity is an act through which all the sins we have committed either knowingly or unknowingly, in deeds or in thoughts, are forgiven.

Even as we cross over to the next 15 days of Ramadan, make giving a cogent part of your character. When you imbibe kindness in words, character and giving, you become free of sins like a newborn. Ma Shaa Allah!

Pray with me: O Allah! Grant me wisdom, imbibe in me the spirit of kindness and charity, join me with the pious, and give me a good mention among future generations.

Good morning. Ramadan Kareem!!!

There is love in sharing
