THE VISION IS FOR AN APPOINTED TIME AND THOUGH IT TARRIES, WE SHOULD LEARN TO WAIT FOR IT!

Divine Wisdom: The passage,
“They followed their own lusts, but for every matter has its own appointed time.” Surah Al-Qamar – QN54:3, reminds us that, acknowledging that we are not God is important because, when we fail to obey Him, consult Him, or recognise His timing, we succeed in removing Him from our lives and end up trying to take His place, which just never works; but if we ask Him to reveal His will, then we should ‘be still’ and acknowledge that indeed, He is in charge and He knows what He is doing.

In other words, to make progress in life, we should keep busy doing what He leads us to do and stop trying to run ahead of Him.

So let the knowledge that:
1) The strength of a man consists in finding out the way God is going, and going that way;
2) Activity born out of anxiety actually prevents Him from showing Himself strong on our behalf; and
3) The vision is for an appointed time and though it tarries, we should learn to wait for it;
Teach you, instead of running a fruitless race that will get you ahead of God, to walk along His path with faith and heart wide open to let Him in and take control, and act according to His Will!

Pray with me: O Allah! I beseech You to take control of my life and guide me along Your chosen path. Perfect my acts to align with Your plans for me and my household. Amin!

Good morning. Jumah Toyyibah and a happy weekend ahead!
