Divine Wisdom: The passage,
“Do not give up and do not be downhearted. You shall be uppermost if you are believers” Surah Aal-i-Imraan – QN3:139, reminds those who, because of the disappointing outcome of yesterday’s actions have had a traumatic night-time experience that, our drive to survive comes from a well that is already within us and the Almighty Allah, Who brought us through every difficulty in the past, has already promised to be with us every day of the future.
In other words, times do change and relationships may change, but The Almighty God remains ever constant.
So let the knowledge that:
1) Joy is at the end of every night and every broken promise, and it always comes;
2) As The Prophet (s.a.w) aptly puts the vision of Hope “Tie your camel and then put your trust in Allah.” Otherwise, If it were not for hope, the heart would break; and
3) Yesterday ended last night and today is a brand new day;
Teach you, no matter what you may be going through right now, remember Quran 94:5-6 “after every difficulty comes ease; with every difficulty there comes ease”; so make up your mind, with eyes firmly fixed on God and His promises for you, to keep on walking and Thank God it’s Friday!
Pray with me: O Allah! I come to You with a sincere heart of true faith. Please, make my faith grow more day by day, and give me hope and love, so that I may serve You according to your will. Help me to walk in your light, and live my life in faith and glory, O The Exceedingly Merciful, The Repeatedly Forgiving Lord! Amin.
