Divine Wisdom: The passage, “Surely, shaitan is an enemy to you, so treat him as an enemy.” Surah Faatir – QN35:6, reminds those of us who constantly hunger for attention, crave success and long for intimacy to be aware of our weak spots and bring them to God because if we don’t and not at alert, Satan will bring them to us and, entice us to take matters into our own hands and meet our own needs. In other words, he will make us doubt our salvation, our Faith and our righteous standing before God.
So let the knowledge that:
1) deep comfort in faith in Allah, point out our character defects so we can overcome them; and
2) cause you to be saved, not by your own goodness, but by grace through faith,
Teach you that “Allah is the Lord of Grace abounding..”QN57:21 and only a life totally dependent on God can defeat Satan’s strategies every time! TGIF👍
Pray with me: O Allah! Lord of the heavens and Lord of the magnificent throne, be for me a support against the devil, do not make me a trial for those who disbelief and grant me comprehensive good in all my affairs from now till the end of my time and put me in the highest level in heaven, Amin.
