WITH CONTINUOUS PRAYER, WE CAN REACH A POINT WHERE WE KNOW THAT GOD HAS GIVEN US THE STRENGTH WE NEED AND, VICTORY IS ASSURED!

Divine Wisdom: The passage,
“Whosoever refraineth from evil and amendeth – there shall no fear come upon them neither shall they grieve.” QN7: 35, reminds us that, while most of us put on our best game face in an attempt to convince others that we are doing better than we are, deep inside we know the areas where we are most often tempted and fail, and if we are really honest with ourselves, chances are that we keep a mental scorecard. As stated in the Quran, The Noblest in the sight of God Almighty is the one in best conduct and always in remembrance of Him (QN49:13). So the solution is to pray before temptations come and we will be strengthened and fortified to handle them.

In other words, if we approach His Throne of Grace with confidence, we will receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.

So let the knowledge that:
1) What we need when we keep failing, is God’s grace to forgive us and His help to overcome temptation;
2) If we have already prayed, we should increase the dosage and pray even more; and
3) With continuous prayer, we can reach a point where we know that He has given us the strength we need and, victory is assured;
Teach you, before temptation comes, to turn off all outside connections and spend quality time with Him! TGIF

Pray with me: “I seek refuge with the Sustainer of men, the Sovereign of men, the God of men, from the evil of the whispering, elusive tempter who whispers in the hearts of men, from all temptation to evil by invisible forces as well as men.” QN114.
