Divine Wisdom: The passage, “Whoever fears Allah – He will make for him a way out. And will provide for him from where he does not expect. And whoever relies upon Allah – then He is sufficient for him.” Surah At-Talaaq – QN65:2-3, reminds us that, while most of us put on our best game face in an attempt to convince others that we are doing better than we are, deep inside we know the areas where we are most often tempted and could fail or even fall, and if we are really honest with ourselves, chances are that we do keep mental scorecards. So the solution, as Our God puts it, is to engage much in His remembrance, pray before trials come and be strengthened and fortified to handle them.
In other words, if we approach our God of Grace with confidence, we will receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.
So let the knowledge that:
1) What we need when we keep failing, is God’s grace to help us in overcoming trials;
2) Even after we might have prayed, we should keep praying until we hear from Him; and
3) With continuous prayer, we will reach a point where we know He has given us the strength we need and that, victory is assured;
Teach you, even as you prepare for this new week, to avoid negative connections and instead, spend quality time with God and positive people!
